Quick Start Guide — Get Your Answe Link Live in a Few Minutes

Introduction

This guide walks you through creating your first flow, testing it, claiming your link and sharing it. By the end, you'll have a working page at answe.com/yourname that takes bookings, orders or quote requests — and you don't need an account to try it.

How It Works

Step 1: Choose What Customers Should Do

  1. Go to answe.com
  2. Pick one outcome: Get a quote, Book a time or Place an order
  3. Start with the job that fills your messages most often — you can add the others later

Already have a website? You can instead import it at answe.com/start_with_url and Answe drafts your page from it. This is optional.

Step 2: Describe Your Business and Test the Flow

  1. Tell Answe what you offer in a sentence or two (business name is optional)
  2. Answe builds a real, working flow — the questions, the form and the action
  3. Try it exactly as a customer would. Make a test booking, order or quote request

No card, no website, no account needed for this step.

Step 3: Claim and Name Your Page

  1. Click Claim this link
  2. Enter your email and verify it with the one-time code
  3. Name your page — customers see your name on every conversation, and your username becomes your link: answe.com/yourname

Your flow and any test answers move into your account. Your page is live.

Step 4: Share Your Link

From your page you can:

  • Copy link or use your phone's native share
  • Send it in a WhatsApp reply
  • Copy a ready-made line for your Instagram bio
  • Send it by email
  • Download a QR code for your counter, window or table

Every flow also has its own link — answe.com/yourname/flow-id — which shows exactly what the customer sees. Use Copy link or QR above any flow on your page.

Optional: if you have a website, open Also put it on your website on your page and paste the one snippet into your site. Your link works without it.

Step 5: Receive Replies

  1. Bookings, orders, quote requests, RSVPs, waitlist entries and feedback land in your Inbox
  2. The same replies arrive in the Answe iOS app with a push notification
  3. Continue the conversation from either place
